Is this suitable for smaller schools in West Bengal, including towns like Medinipur?

Yes, absolutely. The platform is built to work for institutions of all sizes — from large city schools in Kolkata to mid-size schools in district towns like Medinipur. The interface is simple, and no technical background is needed to run it.

What happens to alumni data when a student leaves the school?

The moment a student's status is updated to "passed out," their records are seamlessly transferred to the alumni directory. All their academic data, contact information, and batch details carry over automatically — nothing is lost or needs to be re-entered.

Can we organise alumni meets and events directly through the system?

Yes. You can plan events, send invitations to specific batches, collect RSVPs, and track attendance — all from within the platform. Whether it's a golden jubilee reunion or an annual alumni day, the system handles the coordination.

How do alumni receive communications from the school?

The system supports notifications via email and SMS. You can also send batch-specific messages or broadcast announcements to all registered alumni at once. The communication is direct, prompt, and recorded.

Is the alumni data secure? Who can access it?

All alumni records are stored on secure, encrypted servers with role-based access controls. Only authorised school staff can view or edit sensitive data. Alumni can only see and update their own profiles.

Why Every School Needs a Proper Alumni Management System

Every institution carries a living history — and that history walks out of the gate every year in the form of passing-out batches. Former students carry your school's identity into the world. They become doctors, engineers, entrepreneurs, teachers, and leaders. And yet, most schools in India still track them through a dusty register or an outdated WhatsApp group.

That is where a structured alumni management system makes all the difference. Instead of losing touch, you build a lasting bridge. Instead of guessing who achieved what, you have it recorded. And instead of manually sending reunion invites through spreadsheets, the entire process runs on its own.

Whether you run a school in Kolkata, Medinipur, or anywhere across India — keeping your alumni connected is no longer a task. It becomes a strength.
